Yatra of Rekha from Montreal to Los Angeles
293 ViewsThe original ‘Umrao Jaan’ Rekha is back to looking her most ravishing best in the promos of her forthcoming film ‘Yatra’ directed by Gautam Ghosh. Yes Rekha is doing a few Mujra numbers on veteran composer Khayyam’s compositions (He is the master composer of Muzaffar Ali’s ‘Umrao Jaan’ and Anu Malik is no patch on him).
The news on ‘Yatra’ is that after participating in the Montreal Film Festival, ‘Yatra’ has now been selected as an official entry at the AFI Film Festival at Los Angeles. The film also stars Nana Patekar, Dipti Naval and Nakul Vaid and will be releasing on December 1st.

If I tear the calendar month of November, then will December come earlier ??? How about we all do that to our calendars !!! Rekha aunty looks gorgeous. I am just yearning to watch her body language and follow all her nuances to appreciate every bit of her beauty. Onscreen and offscreen she is such a beautiful person.
The audio of Yatra is SUPER SUPER SUPERB. And I agree that the music of Umrao Jaan sounds too contemporary when you compare with the music of Yatra. Khayyam is FANTASTIC in his compositions. May the LORD ALMIGHTY bless his with good health and a very long life.
Anu Malik has his own individual style. I respect that. But Khayyam is a legend. Much can be learnt from the maestro.
